Do it with less overhead and more flexibility. Like real-time and online billing, payment, maintenance reporting, and owner statements. This means you get your funds faster each month, you always know what’s going on with your property, and tenants can use convenient, value-add services.
Provide it a lower cost. Our services cost less because we do them more efficiently, and we don’t charge add-on fees for maintenance costs or property vacancies.

Rob has experience in the software technology industry, and helps RD House reach forward to build innovative solutions to business, owner and tenant needs. He also has an AA in Construction Management and an MBA, and brings key skills to the business planning and consultation aspects of property investment and operation. Rob is CMCA certified through the Community Associations Institute.
